Product: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 HI, I have a 5030 envy with  instant ink free plan

 

black cartrige is empty but hp smart is showing full

Black ink looks to be completely empty even if the printer and app tells me it's half full.

 

I didn't receive any black spare cardrige and lose a lot of free prints to understand the problem.

now prints only colours not black..... back is empty but app shows full.
