Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear All:
I use the Desk jet 4152e.
The print misses a color.
I clicked on Quality Tools / Clean Printheads
I get this message:
New HP Cartridges Installed
Please fix this problem, and then select Retry
Cancel / Retry
The printer doesn't print a test page. And the normal print still misses a color.
I appreciate your comments
