Hi everyone,

 

Scan to email feature works and when sending test emails to confirm, it goes through. However, when scanning multiple documents using the ADF, it hangs in processing and then prompts an smtp error.

 

File type is PDF and don't think its a file size limit issue since it doesn't work with 2+ documents either.

 

Any help would be appreciated here.
