Product: Laserjet M15w
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
I've seen a number of other posts with the same issue. My wife and I own an M15w printer we bought in Singapore but have since relocated to the United States. Unfortunately the new 48A toner does not work with the printer. Could someone from HP support message me the steps to reset the printer and fix this issue? Many thanks
