Printing Errors or Lights & Stuck Print Jobs

I have performed the printhead cleaning in triplicate twice, then I replaced the ink cartridge with a brand new HP black cartridge. The black still did not print. Over the last 3 weeks I have run the printhead cleaning process in triplicate numerous times. Most recently (after letting the printer sit for a couple weeks), I tried the cleaning again, and saw black (very streaked, but there) I ran the second cleaning and there was less black on the page, and by the third cleaning there was nearly no black on the page. I don't know what else to clean, only the black is having an issue. My printer recognizes both the black and tri-color cartridges. Literally all this cleaning has caused my color cartridge to drop to ~75% while my black cartridge shows 100% full. I'm rather stuck with what I can do next, are there nozzles after the cartridge that could be clogged? I have tried to print a photocopy in black and white and the page is blank (no black printing on photocopies either)
