Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I've been in this program for more than a year and I have always re eived the proper cartridges. All of a sudden, the 67/305 is no longer compatible with my printer.Old vs new cartridge I've contacted HP and they don't have an answer; I'm going to have to leave the program. This is so ridiculous and costly. I'm done. Evidently HP has renamed or renumbered the cartridges but can't figure out how to apply the renumbered cartridge to the specific printers.
