Product: HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One Printer series printer has been working just fine when I was connected via a HOTSPOT.  I have not moved.  The printer has not moved.  I did start using a BROADBAND for internet connections.  Now...... I keep getting ERROR when I try to print anything from anywhere.  I can't print from my laptop and can't print from any website.  I do have internet connection on the laptop.  It also keeps showing OFFLINE.  I have been trying everything from UNinstalling printer and then installing again.  The printer shows that it is ON.  I just can't get it to understand that it is not on the HOTSPOT any longer and that it must connect to the BROADBAND.  HOW do I do this......PLEASE!!  I have been trying anything and everything for the last 3 days.  I just need to know how to make the printer pick up the new internet access.  Thanks in advance.
