HP Recommended

I have a HP ENVY Inspire 7900e series printer. Tried to print something last night and first I get a paper jam message. Then I get a blocked photo tray message. I have opened all the trays, etc and there is nothing stuck. Tried unplugging from printer then power source to reset and still get message. Help!
