Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP 4100e is new this year. I used the original black ink cartridge and recently replaced it with a new HP Black Ink cartridge. The HP Smart software shows that the cartridge is full and that the black ink cartridge is properly installed.
The Black ink will not print, but Colored ink does print.
I ran programs to clean heads, etc. but no success.
Any ideas?
