Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer works perfectly from my laptop, except when I try to print directly from the internet.  This is a new problem. Just started giving me this error message which tells me nothing....  I've tried unplugging, rebooting, etc.  Nothing changes.  Any solutions?????
