Product: HP Smart Tank 518 Wireless All-in-One

Hi! my cartridge on HP smart tank 518 is full but it only prints pink and black color, tried printing the printer status report, but the color bars only has magenta and black, other colors are blank, I checked it in the smart app it says the inks are full, checked the cartridge there's also ink on other colors
