HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer  Samsung scx 3405 was working fine for 3 weeks with the new toner now it shows "toner not installed. Install cartridge." I have  removed  the toner many times as well as shutting down the printer 5 times in a row. Nothing works. Appreciate the help
