Product: HP Smart Tank 7005 All-in-One

Hey, 

 

ever since I bought my "HP Smart Tank 7005" I got a weird white line on either the right or left side on 15x10 photos printed. Both the software of the printer and my Mac & iPhone are up to date.

 

To further investigate that problem I printed an empty/white photo (4' to 6') with solid black lines all around the image. Result: It seems to move the whole image about half a centimetre to the side of the paper and therefore showed the borderline I printed in the paper, instead on the edge. 

 

Thus it seems to be a software issue, I face it using whatever Software I have access to. I tried printing with both the native HP Smart app (option fill whole page) on my phone and Mac as well as Apple's AirPrint. 

 

Do you know this issue? What can I do?
