HP Recommended

I have an Officejet Pro All in one 8035 printer with an error of 71.02.4A message.   I tried to use virtual assistant to resolve to no avail.  The closest I could find to the error was the cartridges are stuck to the right side.  I can't remove the cartridges since the tray is stuck to the right.    I've done all the normal stuff like turning off and on the printer, including unplugging it and restarting, , checking for paper jams, product updates, rebooting the wireless part.  Any other ideas?  Thanks.
