A few times now we have been using a cartridge for a while OK, then suddenly it starts failing saying System is incompatible with continuous ink system, replace cartridge with normal one.
We are not using a continuous ink system though and the cartridge has plenty of ink left.
Tried removing and re-inserting all cartridges and cleaning contacts, but still fails the same
Replacing the failing cartridge with a new one works
Can anyone advise what may be causing this, and if there is a way to fix it so the cartridge will work again.
Don't want to keep wasting perfectly good cartridges with ink left given the price of them!
Can see others have same issue, but not found any post indicating a solution other than a new cartridge.
