Hi,

 

I have been trying to reset my HP 6400 printer to factory reset, but there is no solution.

When I press both wifi and power button the printer blink amber at the center and at the same time purple from center to the borders. Also all the incons are on. On top of this there is also an E9 issue - all at the same time. I can't follow any of HP support instruction because on my app I can't find the printer and there is no other way to connect the printer to my home wifi.

On my phone I cannot add the printer; the HP app also suggests me to connect to the wifi of the printer, but that wifi is not finden by my phone.

 

A waste of time and money so far; support documentation is totally useless.

 

Did anyone face a similar challenge? Thank you

This is a horrible experience, I have been using the pritner a few times and it's already broken; it seems to be a firmwarwe
