Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all, I am trying to connect my printer to my iPhone using the HP Smart App. When running through the setup process in the app I get a screen that says 'Searching for printers...' but nothing ever comes up, even after a long while. I've then tried clicking the 'My printer's not listed' link at the bottom which redirects to a screen saying to look for wifi network titled 'HP-Setup...'. This network does not appear in my wifi list at all.

A few details:
Printer: HP Envy Photo 7155
Phone: iPhone 11 running iOS 16.2

A few thing I've tried/can confirm:
Both phone and printer are on same wifi network
Bluetooth and location services are turned on in phone
Restarted both phone and printer
Went to printers EWS and confirmed AirPrint is on

Any help you all could give would be appreciated. TIA.
