Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Hp 6978 keeps going offline after not using it for  some time  .The printer is connected to my PC by both USB cable and wifi. There definitely is power to the  printer.  As a matter of fact it even spools the job. The only way to get it back on line is to pull the power plug for about 1 minute and then plug it back.  I then delete everything in the spooler and then restart the print job.  

I am hoping someone can help me resolve this problem?
