Product: HP ENVY Pro 6452 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Envy Pro 6452 printer prints ok but does not scan. I've uninstalled & reinstalled HP smart, Removed and added the printer. I have also tried a factory reset but that hasn't solved the scanning issue, The flat bed and feeder won't even respond.  Need some help.
