Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have had my printer for a year no problem scanning until now.  

takes in paper from glass and feeder seems like its scanning but either finishes with a blank page or sends message trouble with scanner go to help for printer

I have cleaned the rollers with the autoclean function i.e. x button 3 times and colour button 7 to no avail also switched off printer and back on

this problem has been happening intermittently for a while now this is the longest its down been trying for an hour now
