Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi everyone,
Since the start of the week, I have been unable to use my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. I have searched online for help and support but I cannot for the life of me figure out what's wrong. I consider myself tech savvy but every solution I try is met with failure 😭.
I have tried:
- Removing the printer from HP Smart
- Reinstalling with HP Smart
- Removing from add/remove programs
- Adding from Windows Printers
- Removing printer from device manager
The printer was working a week ago. It is functional but I can't get my laptop to recognise it. I have attached what I think are relevant screenshots.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
