Hello, I recently downloaded HP Smart app and connected my HP OfficeJet 4650 All in one printer series.
The app shows that my computer (A macbook) and the printer are connected, and I can hit "Print" but anytime it gets to the printing stage, an error pops up saying "Some of the software for the printer is missing" "Please contact the printers manufacturer for the latest compatible software".
In the HP smart app I ran a diagnosis on the printer and it said everything was fine.
I also tried downloading drivers, but it said they were up to date.
SIde note: Anytime i try to contact support; I can't get past the serial number stage because it says my serial number is incorrect, but it is not incorrect. : TH7984J0320662
Any ideas?
