Hello!

I dont know if this is the right place.

recently i was using my laptop when i was presented with a black screen. at first the keyboard light was working, but after a force reboot it stopped. i can hear the fan moving and the cpu heating up when i power on my laptop, but the screen and keyboard are unresponsive. i cant see anything. i connected to a monitor via hdmi and i still didnt see anything.

ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!! ❤️
