What kind of USB port & chord connects a Macbook Air to an HP smart tank 7300 series printer? Is it a USB B 2.0 chord? The HP smart tank 7300 printer USB port looks weird. It seems to have a plug in the middle of the port. It doesn't look like a USB b 2.0 plug would fit into the printer's port.
