Product: Hp envy 6000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've been trying to print photos on my HP envy 6000, but whatever I do the image has a magenta cast to it, with red bleeding or halo around the darkest parts. The inks are HP own and I've tried adjusting the screen colours with no effect. Does anyone know what might cause this and a solution?
