HP Recommended

HP prompted me to do a check up, wouldn't let me print except one page at a time until I activated their diagnostic. Actually they were gaining entrance to shut down my system, so that I could not communicate with my printer using my own computer; I was REQUIRED, in order to get back operation, to join and pay for their web-connected services. As a lawyer,  I found this product tying shocking, not to mention  inconvenient, as I was in the middle of printing court documents.
