I have an OfficeJet 4630 printer which I was having trouble connecting to my WIFI, as my password was changed and now has an exclamation point in it. I read through all these different posts and so called 'answers' from HP employees, none of which had an actual answer. Well, I found the answer! 

The keypad has a * on one side and the # on the other - these keys, when selected, had a few characters, but it didn't have the one I needed. There was a ... at the end of the list, but I could not select that, to see more options. Then I started just pushing the * key multiple times, got to the end of my selections, and then I noticed that if I kept pressing that key, I got even more selections! It just went on and on until I found the character I needed! How sad that none of the 'experts' could solve this problem and only offered "change your password" or use the WPS button - neither which was an option for me. So here's your answer, people! Ta Dahhhhhh!
