Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

Printer is HP DeskJet 3700 All-In-One Series purchased Jan, 2022. Have had nothing but trouble with it. It will not print....again. Print jobs in queue, resubmit, still won't print, print failed. I have tried to figure what is wrong, family tried to help. Today it says printer is "asleep". I can't figure out how to "wake it up". I am about ready to pitch it, I am tired of the aggravation. Virtual 

assistant is no help.
