HP Recommended

My LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw spontaneously went offline today. I didn't change anything. 

 

I followed the advice of the virtual assistant and uninstalled the printer from Mac OS. Mac OS now cannot find the printer to re-add it. I also re-set the printing system.

 

Everything looks fine on the Wireless Network Test Report printout. Both my printer and laptop are on the same network. 

 

The readout shows "Ready" on the first line and the IP address 192.168.1.134 on the second line.

 

Any ideas?
