Hi, 

I have a HP ENVY 6032. I have not used it for 4-5 months and on trying to use it today I cannot get an option to print in colour. 

I had no problems before. 

When going into 'default settings' there is only the option of 'Black and white' and Black and white - draft'. I can find nowhere is printer or HP app where I can select colour, black and white or grayscale. 

I have tried changing the print cartridge and when printing a test page the colours print no problem. 

Hoping somebody can help?
