Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to generate an EPrint EMail Address for my HP 8600. The printer is connected to my network wirelessly and is working well in all other aspects.

 

When I press the button to generate an eprint address, I get the error message that the printer could not connect to the server. Check the Internet connection. If required, enter a proxy address; ensure the proxy details are correct and retry.

 

There is no proxy address. My wifi is working great and all of my computers and devices are connected to it.image57906.jpg
