I have an OfficeJet Pro 8025 and on MacOS Ventura and I am getting a printer failure error with event code 71.02.4A. I tried turning the printer off and back on which didn't fix it. I've tried unplugging the power cord from the printer, waiting a few minutes and plugging it back in. This also did not fix it. When I open the printer it does not appear to have any debris stuck on the track and there's no way for me to check the ink cartridges since they do not move like they should when I open the printer. I've also checked for updates but it says my printer is up to date. Please help me fix this issue.
