Xfinity upgraded my modem. My MAC computer can no longer find the printer. I went though wireless setup wizard on the HP touch screen, and it found my wifi by the correct name. I entered the password. It could not connect to my wifi, so I printed out the report, which said "Your HP printer is unable to connect to your wireless router. MAC address filtering may be enabled on your wireless router which can prevent your HP printer from connecting to your wireless network during setup."
That's silly - I don't have MAC address filtering on - as my computer, two iPads, 2 iPhones, mac air, 2 ROKU's and other devices have no trouble connecting. Only the HP printer fails to connect.
