I was told by the social team to do a semi hard reset on my printer following the persistent failure of an update to download.
We subscribe to insta ink so intially the message came up after the reset that catridge cannot be used until printer is enroled in HP ink. We are enrolled but were unable to get through this first process
I then reset the printer again and now I get the message
Use SETUP catridges that came with your printer.
Clearly I dont have those. Just the normal insta ink catridges
please tell me how to solve this issue
