Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One

I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 running firmware version MANHTNPP1N005.2313A.00 (Build Date 2023-03-29).  I checked for firmware updates and there are none - and I'm set to automatic updates.

We tried installing a new Meijer brand ink cartridge and the HP Printer blocked it due to dynamic security.  The box said it was compatible.

 

Is there a way to bypass this problem ?  the HP Dynamic Security (www.hp.com/learn/ds) site indicates that you can use non-HP ink...  so why isn't this working?
