I have a HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer and have never had a problem with sending a fax until recently. After composing my fax and then pressing the "send fax" button, a pop up appears that says, "It seems that an error has occurred before the sending process. Please try to send your fax again." 
I tried the virtual assistant to no avail, as it instructs me to do things that I can't seem to find the location of where it is that I can do those things.
For example, the virtual assistant instructs me to: "On the printer control panel, locate Run Fax Test or Fax Test Report in the Fax or Setup menus."  I can't find a "printer control panel" that offers the option to run a fax test or Fax Test Report, or even a fax / setup menu. 
Another example is that the virtual assistant instructed me to: "Restore factory default fax settings, and then run the fax setup wizard again." Where is this option located???
How in the world am I supposed to fix this problem? Help?
