HP Recommended

I have an HP LaserJet Enterprise M507. It is a networked printer. When I try to print something out, it stays in the print queue and I have to go to "See What's Printing" and select Resume. I set up the printer under Printing Preferences to go to Tray 2 using plain 8-1/2 x 11 paper. I'm not sure what else I can do.
