I recently changed my internet provider and changed my home mesh network, which my printer was connected to. After several attempts to re connect to the network, I was advised to cycle on/off my router, printer, laptop. After switching my printer back on it will start but will not go through the proper start up sequence. The wi-fi light is flashing and there is an exclamation mark icon on the screen beside the wi-fi icon. The printer shows offline in the Smart app and there is no way to carry out a wi-fi reset .
Is there any way to carry out a hard reset or is it destined for the bin?
