Product: officejet pro 9020 series

My printer is trying to do a firmware update, when I look at the app is says the latest firmware MANHHIPP1N002.2313A.00 is installed. The printer hangs with the Download screen and is then unavailable to use, I have to power cycle to use it, then in a short while it tries the download again and hangs. This is very frustrating...!
