Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
I have been following a board where continuous people are having trouble with their printer trying and failing to do a pushed out update by HP. I have had my printer with zero issues for several years and now there is a random update that makes it unable to work. I am Unable to get any help due to being outside of my warranty (when you’re forcing me to get these updates to begin with and note I never knew this was even a thing)?!? With the number of people displaying the same exact problem with no solutions working due to us buying ink through your company with instant ink it’s ridiculous. Very frustrated. Help please HP Support…
