I have a brand new laptop with Windows 11 Home.  I'm trying to install HP Scanjet G4000 software that runs my old HP scanner, using my original disks.  It keeps failing with this error, no matter what "compatibility" I use and run as .  

My G4010 runs with the default Windows 11  scanner App, but I would prefer the functionality of original utility that came with it.  This utility runs OK with my other Windows 10.  Any help is appreciated.

This error appears after running "setup.exe" at original CD location. Tried different "compatibility" settings but no go.
