Product: HP OfficeJet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer

IMG_3603.jpegI have the message “USB SELF TEST-PASSED” in the window and I can’t get rid of it. So I cannot access any functions like Copy or Scan because the window is locked on this message. Does anyone know how to fix this? It does still print from my ipad or phone so it’s just the functions that enquire me to access the touch screen for that I can’t use. Thanks if you can help! Alan
