HP Recommended

I am trying to set up my HP Envy 5530 printer after moving. I cannot get it to connect to my wireless network. I've tried the wireless setup wizard on the printer and I've tried to do it through the HP Smart app. I printed the test page and it said MAC address filtering may be enabled. But I've gone to my router settings and MAC filtering is off. I even added my printer's MAC address to the list of devices on my network but I still get the same error every time. I'm really frustrated; does anyone have a fix?
