Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

While scanning documents with my HP7740 - Wide Format - All in One printer,  it stopped and immediately began an update.

Immediately after that update I was unable to 'Scan to Computer' with my MAC.

'Scan to Computer' has been an amazing option and find it far quicker to use than having to use the HP Smart App.

Is anyone else having the same issues and does anyone know if this is just a temporary issue with Hewlett Packard or is this now the new permanent norm for HP.

If there is a fix to this problem please let me know.

Personally,  I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated that this could be HP's way of forcing people into using their Smart App.
