Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I cannot find in the HP app on my android s23 ultra  phone how to resize a picture or PDF before printing!

I cab crop the image but I want to SHRINK the image to a certain size for example shrink it to a Postcard or business card size then PRINT it OR print as a PDF .

All info online is from 2020 or so & there is NOthing current 

Please include images and or links or both with Instruction how to do this Now on my Andoid cell printing on my $600 HP envy printer
