HP Recommended

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8620.  Same as on similar posts in this site, i have tried all the recommendations to solve the issue but with no success.  In one of the conversations there is a recommendation for performing a semi-full reset on the printer (I hope it is not about unplug and plug the cable as i have done that already) but the procedure was sent on a private message.  i wonder if I can get the procedure for my printer model.
