Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer

"A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information."

 

I logged into my HP Smart and AND HP account. Nothing there alerts me how to resolve this. HELP!!!
