Product: HP Color LaserJet M555
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have an HP Color LaserJet M555 connected to a MacBook Air via USB cord. It is connected and will print exactly 1 job after being turned off and back on. But after the first job, any subsequent print jobs get stuck in the queue with the status "Printing - sending data to printer." There is no error message on the laptop or the printer, and everything is showing as connected. It reads as if everything is working correctly, and the print job is on its way to the printer... but it doesn't ever get there.

Again, if I turn the printer off and back on, I can delete the print job from the queue and re-print, and it will print exactly 1 job before the issues starts again.

 

Any ideas?
