Product name : HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f0xxx

 

Webcam stuck with shutter and the camera's shutter key is not functioning and has a light indicating that it is always toggled and is unresponsive when pressed. This started after the Windows 11 update that also updated the BIOS. Is there any fix or solution for this? [Other toggle buttons, like the microphone access key, does work as normal. Only the webcam (privacy) shutter key is unresponsive as of now...]

 

I have also checked the drivers in Device Manager, and everything seems to be in order.
