HP Recommended

wifi Wi-Fi-connected printer keeps losing connection to web services (HP Ink which i am enrolled in) and will not recognise 4x6 photo paper loaded in the photo tray, keeps saying to load photo paper. Everything else works fine. Tried disconnecting from the router, and turning off the computer and printer several times but nothing seems to work, printer and scanner work just fine. Using 7640 e all in one printer.
